What are the possible effects of the 2012 solar/galactic-core alignment?

When the Earth aligns with the Sun and the super-massive black hole at the centre of the galaxy, what effect, if any, could it have on Earth?
For example, could there be any gravitational effects? Or a change in the solar or cosmic radiation bombarding Earth?
Could there be a visual effect, like when the Moon…

There will be a traffic jam on the M6 and thousands of people will be late for work.

If the galactic plane is acting like a Bloche wall (the neutral space separating magnetic poles on a bar magnet), then one can assume that place underneath the Bloche wall is the other pole in magnetism.

We can therefore expect a magnetic pole reversal or realignment of the physical earth as we pass through the galactic plane. A super massive blackhole with high gravity will have a super massive magnetic field.

Although no one has really mentioned why we have a planetary tilt which moves according to the 26000 year cycle…which btw is directly related to the Mayan Calendar, one can assume that the galactic plane is influencing the planetary tilt.

Australia will be facing the Sun approx. on Dec 21, 2012. From some early calculations. You can correct if you want. This was an estimate.

IF the magnetic pole reversal happens, there will be more energy coming to the earth. For how long? As long as the reversal takes place. The actual flipping or movement, not a the gradual magnetic pole movement we see now.

Anything else in the solar system can and will be affected. The Sun could ‘hickup’ a prominence since it too would be involved in a magnetic reversal of this magnitude. Yes, of course, people say these magnetic reversals happen all the time. And yet this is a rare and unique moment where we will cross the galactic plane. The galaxy is a disk, formed by natural forces. That supermassive blackhole MUST have some sort of influence over the arms of the galaxy and all matter within them. Is it proven though? Not really. Maybe no one has looked hard enough. I would love to be proven wrong…but I doubt anyone could step up to the plate.

First, that “alignment” isn’t going to happen – our solar system and Earth’s orbit aren’t lined up that way. The actual alignment is with the galactic equator (not the centre) and it already happened – in 1998 (I guess you and everyone else missed it). It occurs as a result of the precession of the equinoxes – precession is caused by the earth wobbling very slowly on its axis and shifts the position of the equinoxes and solstices one degree every 71.5 years. Since the sun is half a degree wide, it will take the December solstice sun 36 years to precess through the galactic equator (meaning its still going on and will be out of alignment with the galactic equator sometime in 2034).

Second, the galactic centre is 25,000 light years away – it doesn’t affect our solar system now, no reason for it to affect it in 2012.
The galactic centre doesn’t influence the sun or the Earth (other than the point around which our solar system and all the stars in the galaxy orbit).

Third, even is the sun did somehow “align” with the galactic centre, since we can’t even detect it from here (its hidden behind dust and gas clouds and has only recently been observed in the infrared and radio ranges) there wouldn’t be any effect in our solar system.
For some reason, humans seem to place a lot of value on “alignments”, but alignments if they do exist are purely the result of perspective and angles of view. Alignments don’t have any significance or power.

Fourth, the Earth’s “impending magnetic field reversal” is due in the year AD 3000 or so (not in 2012).

Fifth, Dec 21 2012 is only important because it is the end of the Mayan Long Count Calendar.

The gravitational effect you’ll experience will be similar to the gravitational pull that 2 school busses would have on you being parked 100 miles away from you.

So no, there will be no measurable effect of cosmic rays, tidal changes, eclipses, magnetic fields, or hair turning green.

Another thing, the alignment that happens between the Earth, Sun, and the super-massive black hole that is in the center of our galaxy, happens every 6 months. Think about and draw this on a paper…put a dot in the center of the paper, this represents the black hole. Several inches away, place another dot that will represent our Sun. Our sun revolves around this black hole (galactic center). Now place another dot near the “Sun dot”, this represents the Earth. The Earth revolves around the Sun once a year.

So, every year, there is an alignment of the Earth, Sun, and black hole. Six months later, there is another alignment with the Earth being between the Sun and black hole. No matter where you place the Sun around the black hole, as long as the Earth revolves around the Sun, there is always and alignment…it’s basic geometry.

This is one of those classic astrology things of galactic alignments making people believe that at a certain date, a significant astrological event will occur…these things happen all the time without any effect.

Don’t worry, you won’t even notice. That super-massive black hole at the center of the galaxy (if it’s even there, we’re not really sure) is so far away that the gravitational effects aren’t perceptible. I don’t think that we can even detect them. We will not notice the effects at all. No cosmic rays, nothing.

People like doomsday theories. For some reason, people like to come up with ways that everyone is going to die even though they’re based on very fragile science.

Consider this, we invented the modern calendar. And it’s not even the only calendar. The jewish calendar is completely different then the one we use right now. The odds of some crazy event happening at such a precise moment on a calendar that we created is incredibly small.

Plus, if there was any validity to this, the entire world would know. The news networks would go crazy with it.

There won’t be any such alignment. The centre of the galaxy is not in the plane of the Earth’s orbit, so the Sun can’t align with it. Even if it did, so what? The gravitational pull of objects depends on their distance, not whether they happen to be in line with one another.
Alignments are much loved by astrologers who come up with all sorts of fanciful predictions associated with them. Those of us in the real world can see that the actual physical effect of these alignments is precisely zero.

First of all, such an alignment can never take place, because the Sun and Earth never line up with the galactic centre. Secondly, the effect would be immeasurably small, because the galactic centre is so far away from us.

Too many so called ‘co-incidences’ piling up!
Iranian nukes, Russia/Georgia conflict, economic problems, REX 84, FEMA coffins, FEMA camps, secret prisons, Patriot Act, tapping phones, reading e-mails, RFID Verichips, Operation Urban Warrior, Operation Sudden Impact, MJTF, Project Bluebeam, LHC, Project Mockingbird, Agenda 21, NESARA, entomopters, DARPA monstrosities, these pretend elections, Real ID, vile Bush executive orders regarding martial law and putting people into work groups, warrantless searches, end of Habeas Corpus, and the rise of a new character called ‘Homegrown Terrorists’ as specified in Senate Bill S.1959 which will be anyone against the North American Union and the New World Order especially Christians!

Middle of the tribulation

A short answer to all those question is NO, NOTHING, NADA

If the world was going to end due to some cataclism, the scientists would surely tell us.

Moral of this story: don’t listen to doomsayers, listen to the scientists!
