I understand that this is not a “real” breed of dog. obviously it’s a mix. im not looking for a “designer dog,” im just looking for a dog. if you dont like this kind of dog or want to say rude things about “mutts,” then dont waste your time answering. thankyou.
A full-grown standard dachshund averages 15 lb (6.8 kg) to 28 lb (13 kg), while the miniature variety normally weighs less than 11 lb (5.0 kg).
Both British and American breed standards state that a Chihuahua must not weigh more than 6.0 pounds (2.7 kg),
So to answer your question, the dog will weigh between 6 and 15lbs. You cannot predict inbetween these figures because the dog could take on most of the traits of a chi, or most of the trains of a dasch. or an equal mix of both.

there’s no “estimate” size because mixes do not take on any particular traits or qualities.
It could be the size of a Chihuhau ( 6pds or less) or the size of a dachshund (minis 12 pds and less, standards are 16-32 pds).. or any size in between that.. yes, the dog could potentially end up bieing as large as 30 pds.
Parents size does not always reflect the offspring’s size. I know two dogs under 10 pds who produced a pup who ended up being closer to 15 pds. There are throwback genetics that can also reflect the size of the dog.. if there are larger dogs in the parent’s pedigrees, then the pup could potentially end up larger than the parents.
I have a dog that is a mix between a poodle and schnauzer. Both parents were around 10 pounds and my dog is about 9-10. Just see what the parents were and it will be somewhat close.
Mom 10, Dad 20. Puppy will be between 10-20, prolly about the middle.
This normally is close, but it may not work for every single breed,
My Chiweenie is about 1 foot tall at the shoulders and 3 feet long nose to heindquarters. Probably about 4 or 5 pounds.
Chi weenies can stay as small as an average size Chihuahua, 6-9in long and 2-6 pounds in weight, or they can grow to the size of a rather large dachshund,14-18in long and 7-11+ pounds in weight.
If the chi weenie grew to dachshund size, it could very well stay in the lower weight range depending on how often it was feed and how much food it received and the dog’s level of physical activity.

What is a rough estimate for the size of a full-grown chiweenie?
i understand that this is not a "real" breed of dog. obviously it's a mix. im not looking for a "designer dog," im just looking for a dog. if you dont like this kind of dog or want to say rude things about "mutts," then dont waste your time answering. thankyou.
I get real tired of people telling me not to waste my time, well it is my time and I will waste if I want to., And as for telling all of us not to say rude things, well it is rude to say that to people.
This forum is open for questions and each person has opinions, and I feel we as people should be able to express them.
Now for your question.
There is no way to tell how big a dog of mixed bred status is going to be. The pregnant female could throw off dog the size of the Chihuahua, or the size of the dachshund. There is no standard for this mixture.
You say you are not looking for a designer dog, well why put a designer name on it? call it what it is a Chihuahua mix or a dachshund mix or just plain old mixed breed.
First of all that is a mix between a Chihuahua and a Dachshund so its hard to tell. The weight will fall somewhere in between the two breeds
My friend has one and she is 16lbs
