Dose the Bible refer to only one antichrist?

This is for the Christians…but anyone can answer if you may.

Anyone who is against Jesus Christ is an Anti-Christ, do you see the logic? However, The Catholic Church during its early times and their glories concocted that term for anyone who may oppose their teachings or practice anything outside their dogma as works of the devil. To this present day they are able to make it grand by associating anyone who advocates crime against a society or the world to be called Anti-Christ, like Hitler who only hate the Jews and not the Christians specially the Catholics. Some even accused Pope John Paul 11 as the anti-Christ or Ronald Reagan for having six letters to each of his name.
This is really a very interesting thing to take note of. Those that were suspected to be Anti-Christ are members of Christian Society and Muslims who have been waging war against Christians were seldom called Anti-Christ.( of course I forgot Nostradamus mentioning about the Anti-Christ who would be coming and donned in a head gear similar to that of the Muslim turban pushing a button declaring war on the Western world and everybody took him for Saddam Hussein in the latter years of the 90’s.)
The real Anti-Christ will coming and opposing all the things about Jesus Christ being God or Son of God. And he will be called as such literally.
The New Testament advocates about Jesus coming down from heaven but the Old Testament says that it’s God himself who is coming down. A manuscript that made the Christians thought that they are one and the same. If I will go back to the Book and tell you about what really was said there, it could be too long before you finish reading this answer. So I wll just recommend that you go to this website and find out.

The bible speaks of a person who is the antichrist but it also says everyone who denies that Christ came in the flesh is an anti-christ.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (1John 2:18)

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. (1John 2:22-23)

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1John 4:3)

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2John 1:7)

There are many people who have the spirit of antichrist. John states that denying Christ is the spirit of antichrist. However, there is only one power that can be defined as the antichrist of Revelation 13,18, Daniel 7,8 and
2 Thessalonians 2. Do some study of the history of the church with an empasis on the reformation. Antichrist was revealed and unmasked hundreds of years ago. Antichrist has not changed, only the perception of the church toward antichrist.

No. 1 John2:18

Yes. I have only read about one in the bible. Guess you don’t need more than one, since that one that is coming is going to have so many false prophets at his bidding

There are many different names but I always assumed they were nicknames because of the reference to “the evil one”

I don’t pretend to understand it all.
